2. What Winny Deals is

Winny Deals is a deals and savings membership. We curate discounts, promotions, and exclusive offers from participating partner merchants and share them with members. Winny Deals is not a sweepstakes, contest, lottery, or game of chance, and no prizes are awarded. References to "winning" refer only to winning at saving money.

We do not sell products or process purchases on this website. Any transaction you enter into with a partner merchant is solely between you and that merchant, and is subject to the merchant's own terms, pricing, and availability.

3. Membership eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to become a member. You agree to provide accurate, current information when signing up and to keep your contact details up to date.

4. Offers, pricing, and availability

Deals shown on this site are illustrative examples of the types of savings available to members. Discount amounts, participating merchants, and offer terms may change or end at any time, and offers may be limited in quantity, region, or duration. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless a merchant expressly permits it.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, resell, or redistribute member-only offers or codes.
• Do not submit false, fraudulent, or automated sign-ups.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate a membership that violates these Terms.

6. SMS / text messaging program terms

If you provide your mobile number and check the applicable consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Winny Deals as described below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services, and it is optional.

• Program description: Winny Deals sends recurring automated service updates, account notifications, and — if you separately opt in — marketing and promotional messages about member deals.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and the deals available in your selected categories.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to all messages sent to and from your device.
• How to opt out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number.

• Carriers: Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Email communications

Members receive membership emails such as deal digests and account notices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

8. Intellectual property

The Winny Deals name, logo, site design, and content are owned by Winny Deals or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Merchant names shown as examples on this site are illustrative.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular amount of savings, nor the quality, safety, or legality of goods and services offered by partner merchants.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winny Deals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service or any interaction with a partner merchant.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
